Conrad Taylor is the first of two Guyanese - and one of ten students from Latin America and the Caribbean - to win a scholarship to the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1969. An extraordinary opportunity for most, it was a life-changer for him.
Taylor is a West Point graduate, former Guyana Defence Force officer, and author of PATH to FREEDOM: My Story of Perseverance. He has extensive management experience solving the most pressing problems of growth, turnaround, and startup, which drain profits and strain cash flow. Conrad developed his broad business expertise in diverse businesses at large, mid-size, and startup companies such as Baxter International, Polaroid, Diversapack, and Devices For Vascular Intervention before starting TCF Business Group.
Taylor uses his rounded background, including as a CEO, to provide management consulting advice to executive level leaders. He can be trusted as a wise sounding board on matters of strategy and implementation.
Conrad Taylor's credentials include a Master's in Management from the Sloan School at MIT, a Bachelor's in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and Goizueta Executive Program certification from Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
Conrad is an avid soccer fan, who played for ARMY in three NCAA playoffs. A proud husband, father, and grandfather, he assisted in coaching youth teams to four Illinois State Soccer Championships.
